Once again, the Malandes estate unveils this fine success, in a resolutely Chablis style. Among Burgundy wines, this cuvée pays tribute to the minerality and straightforwardness so typical of the Chablis region. Racy, fine and sumptuously well-balanced, it has a wide range of aromas: white flowers, white fruit, menthol and mineral notes. On the palate, there is great intensity, a lovely full-bodied flavour and a lively, elegant structure. Very accessible now, it will gain in complexity in a few years' time.
