Vibrant pink in color, this Nero d'Avola-based rosé takes a moment to reveal its charms, but with air, the delicate scents of fresh strawberry and florals show themselves. Much of the flavor resides on the palate, where zippy acidity and a bite of skinsy tannins add energy to the red berry and watermelon fruit notes. Steers clear of heavy-handed rosé winemaking techniques in favor of stripped back deliciousness.
